Break-Fix Support
$120/hr + $30 call-out within 30kms of the Melbourne CBD
(additional charges apply if outside this distance)
Response time is usually within 4hrs or next business day, except in those circumstances where it is required the next day which happens to be a weekend day*
*additional charges may apply.
Preventative Maintenance Support
Usually this rate is determined upon the level of service agreement required for your company; however as a general rule of thumb, you should budget for 30 minutes (simpler and smaller networks) to 1hr (more complex and bigger) per computer per fortnight
For example:
For those simpler and less complex networks, say your company has 30 computers, then you should budget for 15hrs per fortnight. For those more complex and bigger networks with perhaps remote sites, say your company has 30 computers, then you should budget for 30hrs per fortnight. Naturally, the higher the level of support plan chosen, the cheaper the rate becomes.
Preventative Maintenance Support Plan rates are generally cheaper then Break Fix Support rates as a reward for loyalty and continuity of business . Please contact us to discuss further.
